About Us

Natacha Sarthou is the founder of Palm Bay Florida Pageant, LLC. While attending the 2024 City of Palm Bay Holiday Light Parade, the former Miami Orange Bowl Princess (1990-91) saw something was missing in the beautiful 3-mile-long parade. As a Princess, Natacha remembered being on the float, “Her Majesty,” during the 1990 King Orange Jamboree Parade on New Year’s Eve in Downtown Miami. She then decided to launch a pageant to showcase the beautiful growing City of Palm Bay. Three elected delegates will represent Palm Bay while impacting their community and making a difference in the world. They will also make their appearances at the Palm Bay Holiday Light Parade in December.

Natacha is not unfamiliar with pageants as she holds the title of Mrs. West Indies International 2014. Her experience began in her early teens when she became one of the Ten Finalists in the Miami Junior Orange Bowl. From there, she pursued modeling and attended Barbizon School of Modeling in Miami, Florida. She was also selected to participate in the Miss Miami Tourism which was held at the Fountainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. Natacha participated in several fashion shows, of which one was by JCPenney. She has also been a pageant judge for Miss Broward County USA and other local pageants. Natacha has been in several commercials, print and on TV, such as Walgreen’s, Love Crunch, Celebrity Cruise Line, and Florida Blue. Natacha is also the author of Confidently Beautiful with Essence, a great read for women, teens and girls who want to be in pageantry or just want to become emotionally healthy, genuine, and Confidently Beautiful with Essence

As Mrs. West Indies International 2014, Natacha made a difference in the world by building homes for the less fortunate living in the slums in the Caribbean. Although she began this mission years before entering pageantry, it was not until her win as Mrs. West Indies International, that the ‘crown’ opened doors for her that she would otherwise not have been able to open. One crown made the difference and left a legacy. It is called “A Crown of Distinction. One crown. One world. ®” That’s what it’s all about.
